Taco Comfort Solutions explained its expectations of the Latino market

Taco Comfort Solutions

United States. At the AHR Expo we had a space to talk with John White, owner and executive chairman of Taco Comfort Solutions. In an exclusive interview he told us, among other things, about the company's plans in Latin America.

ACR. What are the plans with Taco Comfort Solutions in Latin America?
John: As in other parts of the world there is an opportunity not only to grow our business, but also to contribute to the market in a way that is beneficial to the people of Latin America. That is, our goal is not only to grow, but to contribute and be a vital part of communities.

Our line in the HVAC area provides quality, comfort, value and the ability to live a safer, more comfortable life. It sounds strange, but it's true.

So that would be our goal. It's a part of the world where at one time we had a significant position, but we focused on our core markets for a while and now we've grown to a point where it's time to go back. We have very good contacts in Latin America, particularly in Mexico.

ACR. How do you find business culture in Latin America?
John: Well, it's a very important point. I can tell you that I have spent a lot of my life traveling around the world and, like so many people, I have come to clearly understand that each country has its own peculiarities. I've learned that the most important thing you can do is invest the time to learn a little bit of the culture a little.

Latin America is a different culture, but I love that culture. You know, for me it always seems to be a very open, honest and relaxed culture. Of course, there are always people in this market who focus on price, but in the end, if you have true value, that will carry more weight at the end of the day. Quality and value will always demand price.

The quality of the products has to be the main objective of the projects.
