Costa Rica. Samsung and the Costa Rican company Total Air held the series of talks "Technical Training in Samsung – Total Air DVM S2 Systems", an initiative aimed at strengthening technical knowledge in the HVAC industry in the region.
Total Air, specialized in integral solutions of air conditioning, ventilation and materials associated with installation for the market of contractors and installers in Costa Rica, carried out this intensive day on April 23 and 24 in conjunction with its business partner Samsung.
The sessions were given by the international specialist in HVAC and MEP systems, engineer Carlos Fernández, and their main objective was to raise the professional standard of the participants through a technical and practical approach focused on the correct installation, configuration and operation of DVM S2 systems.
The program included specialized training on technological characteristics of the equipment, installation protocols aligned with international standards, as well as start-up and system operation processes, with the purpose of strengthening technical execution in the field.
One of the highlights of the training was its hands-on component, developed using simulation tools based on electronic boards that replicated the operation of indoor units and condensers. Thanks to this methodology, attendees were able to diagnose faults, correct errors, validate connections and understand the integration of multiple units within the same system in a controlled environment.
The cycle of talks concluded with a certifiable technical evaluation to validate the competencies acquired by the participants.
With this initiative, Total Air reaffirms its commitment to specialized technical training and the development of HVAC talent in Latin America, consolidating itself as a regional benchmark in high-level technical training and training processes.
