United States. Although the official figures are not yet known, the AHR Expo in Las Vegas will remain one of the largest fairs in attendance and square meters of exhibition. The fair was easily able to surpass the attendance registered in 2016 in Orlando to which 60,926 professionals were.
This year also showed a notable growth in the participation of Latin American professionals. ACR LATINOAMÉRICA, which was present at the exhibition, was able to witness the high traffic of our community, something that was also evidenced by different representatives for Latin America of the exhibiting brands, who were surprised and at the same time complacent with the visit of their colleagues.
On the new technologies that were observed at the event, as we were able to consult with some professionals who attended, many found novelties in high efficiency of chillers and VRF air conditioning systems. The big brands, as well as the manufacturers competing for a place among the best, put their bets on these teams.
The fair did not miss any of the major brands of compressors, nor were those specialized in insulation systems absent, as well as copper suppliers. To highlight, the great effort of the company Disfrío, who was the only Colombian representative at the fair.
The AHR Expo will return in 2018 with a new version, this time in Chicago, from January 22 to 24.
