ASHRAE Congress and Certifications in Argentina

Argentina.Buenos Aires ASHRAE Argentina Chapter, together with the Argentine Association of Architecture and Hospital Engineering (Aadaih) organize the Congress "Energy efficiency in health centers, design and operation of infrastructure and facilities".

The event will take place on May 11 and 12 at the Pedro Elizalde Hospital, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and as a complement, the organization will hold on May 13 an examination table of the ASHRAE Certifications at UTN Regional Buenos Aires.

The following are some of the presentations that the congress will have:
 

  • Eng. Ross Montgomery, ASHRAE Distiguished Lecturer - "HVAC Related Infectious Disease Control Best Practices", this dissertation will feature simultaneous translation.
  • Robert Scheir, Ph.D  – Microbiologist, President of Sterile Air – "Indoor Air Quality, Deterioration of HVAC Systems, Use of UV Control Technology", this dissertation will feature simultaneous translation.
  • Eng. Nicolás Brown - Manager of Climate Change and Sustainable Energy - Environmental Protection Agency Government of the City of Buenos Aires - "Energy Efficiency and Environmental Aspects"
  • Eng. Paula Hernández – Thermomechanical Specialist Consultant of the Mario Pedro Hernández e Hijos study – "Energy Efficient Hospitals"
  • Eng. Ramón Bacardit - Castro Bacardit Thermomechanical Study – "Design of ventilation systems for infection control"
  • Arq. Carlos Lopez – President of AADAIH  - "Hospital Thermomechanical Solutions"
  • Arq. Javier Sartorio – Partner Estudio Alvarado, Font, Sartorio – "Hospital Projects"
  • Eng. Armando Negrotti – President of the Argentine Chamber of Maintenance – "Maintenance in Health Centers"
