Sodeca fans with CPC have been specially designed for the controlled mechanical ventilation systems of multi-family or collective buildings.
The models prepared for the impulsion of air to the interior of the house through bedrooms and living rooms and the ex¬traction of stale air through bathrooms, kitchens and toilets, are: SVE/PLUS/EW/CPC, CJBD/EW/CPC, CJV/EW (photo). For the extraction you can use the aforementioned models and also CRF / EW / CPC and CJV / EW / T, taking into account that the model CJV / EW / T, also has F-400 certification being suitable for the evacuation of smoke in case of fire of the house.
The CPC system allows automatic operation of the fan, measuring a built-in pressure probe and control electronics to adapt the speed of the ventilation unit to the needs of the installation.
With this new equipment it is intended, as de¬fine in the C.T.E., to guarantee the health, comfort and hygiene of the people who live in the interior of the house, in addition to avoiding the accumulation of humidity and the deterioration of the buildings.
The extraction of polluted air will be permanent, making a sweeping circuit through the house. In addition, this system allows to intersperse a heat recuperator and cross the air inlet and outlet flows, thus transferring part of the temperature of the outlet air to the flow of the inlet air. In this way, significant energy savings are obtained.
Some of its advantages are the energy saving of 70%, thanks to EC TECHNOLOGY and speed control, reduces environmental impact, low noise level, centralized installation and easy maintenance.
