United States. In a move aimed at strengthening competitiveness and raising the standards of the HVACR sector in the region, HARDI LATAM announced a strategic alliance with AHRI.
The initiative seeks to reinforce the value proposition of certified products in an environment characterized by high price competition, where differentiation and technical support become key factors for distributors and manufacturers. Through this collaboration, HARDI LATAM members will have greater tools to understand and communicate the competitive advantage that AHRI certification represents.
"This alliance supports HARDI LATAM distributors, especially those with private labels, by helping them stand out with verified product performance and reliable certification," said Guitze Messina, CEO of HARDI LATAM. "At the same time, it allows AHRI to expand the reach and recognition of its certification program throughout the region."
In addition to strengthening the commercial positioning of certified products, the alliance also aims to consolidate the institutional recognition of certification in Latin America. According to the organizations, AHRI-certified products have been gaining recognition among regional government regulators, particularly in Central America, in terms of compliance with energy efficiency regulations.
