Canada. Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Delta IBT) announced a strategic alignment of its global operations through Delta Controls, LOYTEC, Amerlux, March Networks and VIVOTEK.
This alignment brings together shared expertise and global resources under three dedicated Business Lines:
- Smart Buildings – led by Hans-Jörg Schweinzer (Delta Controls and LOYTEC electronics GmbH)
- Smart Security – led by Peter Strom (March Networks and VIVOTEK)
- Smart Lighting – led by Chuck Campagna (Amerlux LLC and new lighting control technologies)
Each Line of Business will operate as a center of excellence, strengthening existing brands and preserving its identity, certifications and commitments to customers. John Nicholls, President of Delta IBT, will oversee the combined entities, providing strategic direction and aligned technology roadmaps, backed by Delta IBT's global engineering and resources.
This operational alignment positions Delta IBT to offer fully integrated building control, lighting and security solutions, enabling seamless deployment across corporate offices, education, healthcare, hospitality and data centers.
The operational alignment will take effect on March 1, 2026. All operations, alliances and agreements with customers will continue uninterrupted.
