Argentina. On October 8th, the Novotel Hotel became a meeting point for more than 60 professionals from the building automation sector during the Building Automation Days by KNX LATAM, Argentina 2025 Edition. Integrators, architects, engineers and specialists in home automation participated in a conference dedicated to analyzing the advances, challenges and opportunities that will mark the future of the market in the region.
The event combined keynote speeches, technical workshops, product exhibitions and networking spaces, promoting the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the main players in the technological ecosystem.
Among the featured speakers were:
- Sebastián Casón, president of the Argentine Chamber of Electronic Security (CASEL), who presented Convergence between security and automation, highlighting the need for a comprehensive vision of security within intelligent environments.
- Leandro Levint and Federico Giana, from Levint Partners, with Total Automation in the Office market with KNX.
- Daniel Gómez, from JUNG, with the conference Integrating IoT into KNX Projects: Objectives, uses and practical cases.
- Nicolás Vignaroli, from Estudio MVSA, who shared From theory to practice: success stories with KNX in integrated installations.
- Franco Lasota, from ABB, with KNX + IoT = Efficiency in Automation.
- Javier Alejandro Benolol, from Schneider Electric, with Connected Efficiency: How IoT and KNX transform spaces.
- Fernando Salonia, from the FERMAG Group, with KNX at the service of Hospital Intelligence.
- Jonathan Gonzalez, from FINDER, with Greater interoperability in KNX: Integrating IoT for a connected future.
- Alejandro Sayegh, from Zennio, who closed the day with KNX applied to smart buildings: energy efficiency and comfort.
KNX LATAM expressed its gratitude to the brands that accompanied the initiative, especially MDT and THI for their participation in the exhibition area, as well as to the strategic allies CASEL and the KNX National Group Argentina for their commitment to innovation and development of the sector.
The meeting reaffirmed the role of KNX LATAM as a benchmark in the dissemination of knowledge, strengthening the community and promoting technological transformation in Latin America.
The organization is already working on the 2026 edition, which promises to be even more reloaded, inclusive and visionary.
