Caracas. With a large participation of companies, specialists and technicians, the VI Venacor Congress was held at the Meliá Caracas Hotel from October 16 to 18, consolidating itself as the main meeting point for the Venezuelan ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning (RAV) sector.
Organized by the Venezuelan Chamber of Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industries (Venacor), the event combined commercial exhibition, technical conferences and spaces for professional exchange aimed at promoting innovation and sustainability in the sector.
More than 60 national and international companies presented state-of-the-art equipment, technologies and services, while experts from Venezuela, Colombia, Spain, the United States, Panama and Brazil shared trends and strategies on energy efficiency and new business opportunities.
The congress also focused on sustainability, promoting the use of refrigerants with low environmental impact and the strengthening of technical training throughout the country.
The executive director of Venacor, Carlos Maciá, stressed that refrigeration and air conditioning are an "omnipresent sector" that directly impacts essential areas such as the preservation of food and medicines, as well as the operation of hospitals, hotels and telecommunications centers.
With this meeting, Venacor reaffirmed its commitment to technological development, professional training and modernization of the HVAC sector in Venezuela.
