International. In line with its LEAP 2030 strategy, Danfoss announced the acquisition of Palladio Compressors, a strategic move that expands its compressor portfolio to cover applications ranging from light commercial comfort to large-scale industrial refrigeration and heating.
Over the past two years, both companies collaborated closely to explore technological synergies, especially in the development of high-lift heat pumps. The integration of Palladio's screw compressors with Danfoss' existing solutions will enable more efficient and competitive systems capable of operating with natural and low Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerants.

Screw technology for new market opportunities
The addition of the Palladio range introduces state-of-the-art screw compressor technology, a segment with limited supply in the global market. With this new line, Danfoss seeks to strengthen its position in the face of the growing demand for efficient solutions for medium energy intensity applications, where factors such as system size, energy consumption and return on investment are decisive.
In addition to expanding its portfolio, the company will increase its investment in R+D, production and commercial capacity, reinforcing its leadership in sustainable HVAC/R solutions. By integrating this technology into its range of compressors, valves, controls, heat exchangers and sensors, Danfoss reaffirms its commitment to providing greener and more efficient solutions worldwide.
