Colombia. On July 10, 2025, the specialized forum "Towards Energy Excellence in HVAC&R: ISO 50001, Technologies 4.0 and RETSIT" will be held, a space that will bring together experts and professionals from the sector to share key experiences on energy efficiency and technological transformation in air conditioning and refrigeration.
The meeting, organized by Acaire, will address topics such as energy management based on the ISO 50001 standard, the use of advanced digital tools, and the RETSIT regulatory framework. Real cases and comprehensive solutions aimed at a smarter and more sustainable operation will also be presented.
Among the guest speakers are Alex Barraza, Carlos Camargo, Sebastián Consuegra, Mario Acero and Pierre Espitia, specialists in energy regulations, technological innovation and efficiency applied to HVAC&R systems.
The forum is aimed at design engineers, technicians, maintenance managers, professionals in automation and energy efficiency, as well as teachers and students of mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, electronic or civil engineering.
This activity will serve as a prelude to the International Diploma in Efficient Energy Management of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems, a training that seeks to strengthen skills in energy saving, optimized maintenance and adoption of 4.0 technologies.
