"The future of HVAC is in young people," Trane said after visit to its plant in Monterrey

"El futuro de la industria HVAC está en las manos de los jóvenes", señaló la compañía Trane

Mexico. According to Trane, young talent is the engine that will drive the future of the HVAC industry, and "there is no doubt that investing in their training is key to ensuring technological development and innovation."

When announcing the visit of a group of young people to its Monterrey plant, the company said that "we had the honor of summoning students from various technical careers, including Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Machine Tools from CONALEP Nuevo León, who visited the Trane Monterrey plant."

During this visit, students had the opportunity to explore the facilities, learn about manufacturing processes, and discover how sustainable products and technologies are shaping the HVAC industry. This tour was possible thanks to the collaboration of the HVAC Education Center of Proveedora de Climas, the Trane Mexico team, and the Liaison Committee of CONALEP Nuevo León Business Division.

"We want to extend a special thanks to Ricardo Ramírez Valencia, Luis Treviño, Hansel Valdez, and Miguel Puente, who made this enriching experience possible. Supporting young talent is essential to open new doors and expand their vision, because they are the generation that will set the course of our industry. We are excited to be part of their growth and contribute to their professional development. Let's continue working together to impact and train the specialists of the future, who with their skills and knowledge will continue to transform the HVAC world," concluded the manufacturer.
