Latin America. The training activities were carried out at the Trane Mitsubishi Training Center, located at the Confort Clima facilities in Costa Rica.
The international course 'City Multi fundamentals of installation, controls and services' was attended by people from all over Latin America, who were trained for three days under an immersive didactic scheme and entirely in Spanish.
Thus, the participants gained experience in the creation of systems using the Diamond System Builder design software, which allows them to learn how to intervene, diagnose and correct failures of air conditioning and heating equipment.
In addition, the participants were able to practice with equipment directly and in conditions equal to those of field work, all under the supervision of exclusive Mitsubishi Electric instructors.
"One of the most satisfactory aspects is the teaching method applied by the facilitators, who show us how to diagnose, put into practice each concept, how to manipulate and execute the equipment in the best way", said Ernesto Barrera, head of Services at the Peruvian company Klima Control and participant in the training.
Like him, the other students were accredited by Trane Mitsubishi Electric to apply the 10-year extended warranty process on parts and compressor.
