Inverprimos celebrates 30 years in the HVAC industry

Colombia. The Colombian company IPR Partes y Repuestos, also known as Inverprimos, celebrates its first three decades of business history this year.

To celebrate, the directors held an event that had the active participation of the more than 160 collaborators who are now part of the organization.

"At Inverprimos IPR Partes y Repuestos we have worked with dedication, effort and commitment all these years and we will continue to do so. We grew by generating employment with human quality and seeking the personal and professional growth of our employees through their training and improvement. We respect the market and maintain strong alliances with our suppliers, constantly innovating and reinventing the way we do things to continue being a benchmark in the Colombian market," said Andrés Cadavid, the company's general manager.

Business Overview
Inverprimos IPR Partes y Repuestos is recognized as a comprehensive supplier of parts, components and equipment for refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and white goods.

The company began operations in 1993. Since then, it has sought to project an image of trust through the quality of the service and the competitiveness of its prices.

In 2009 it undertook an expansion, thanks to which today it has 29 branches located in Medellín and six other capital cities of Colombia, such as Cali, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Villavicencio and Monteria.

More recently, Inverprimos has embarked on training initiatives for its employees on topics such as market trends, energy savings and environmental sustainability.

Asked about the future of the company, Andrés Cadavid is optimistic and convinced that "success is not entirely luck; It's the result of constant hard work, a lot of dedication and a lot of other things."
