Mexico. Together with its ally Grupo Refrigerantes, Invotech Mexico held a series of face-to-face workshops presented by Mr. Raúl Gutiérrez, where refrigeration technicians from Extra stores throughout the Mexican territory attended.
These workshops were organized in order to know the advantages and disadvantages for the replacement of a piston compressor by an invotech scroll and to know the process to make the change. Other important topics taken up at the workshop were:
• Set points for a system
• Good Practices in the replacement of a compressor
• Analysis and prevention of failures
• Diagnostic method
• Types of refrigerants, possible to use
• Necessary tools
• Parametric ranges
The workshops were held on March 21, 22 and 23 in Tlalnepantla, Mexico City, achieving great acceptance by technicians, as it allows them to perfect professional skills and learn new methods in their areas of work.
Compressor design changes
Suzhou Invotech Scroll Technologies Co.,Ltd. has developed some adjustments in the manufacture of its scroll compressors to achieve higher performance in its system.
Among the changes that were incorporated into the Invotech compressors are: The overall and connection dimensions of the compressor changed to the following:
The total height
The axial location of the suction and discharge tube
The axial location of the terminal box increases by 45 mm with the transmission
The axil location of the peephole and other dimensions remain the same.
