Venezuela. On September 6 at the facilities of the Foundation for Industrial Reconversion - FODOIN, attached to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, a meeting was held to form a Higher Committee of Professionals and technicians of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry.
This activity, promoted by the President of FONDOIN, Lic. Indira Villafaña, seeks to form a higher Committee of Professionals and Technicians that allows to build a collegiate group that governs all the policies, norms and procedures in the different tasks, projects and works that are developed in Venezuela in the HVAC / R industry, in order to support, supervise and monitor compliance with the different international protocols signed by Venezuela in terms of environmental care, in addition to seeking that the different systems that are installed comply with the levels of energy efficiency required by this country.
This Committee will create a technical table seeking to establish itself as a collegiate group where all its members are duly certified in the good practices of refrigeration and air conditioning; this certification issued by fondoin in the coming weeks would already be formally forming the Board of Directors to legally register the Committee as a collegiate group before Venezuelan institutions.
