Colombia. UNIDO invites proposals for different expert services for the implementation of the project "Thermal Districts in Colombia".
Application deadline: January 18, 2021.
UNIDO intends to conclude a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a contractor for a period of 3 years, extendable for a period of one year. Expert services will be required for the following workflows/packages:
Package A: Expert Services for Institutional Partners
Package B - Expert services for the evaluation of proposals from the Energy District (ED) received within the scope of the competitive calls of the ED2 Project and possible support of technical and commercial advice for follow-up.
Package C: Expert services for the review of the detailed engineering design of the energy district projects
Package D - Expert services for the review of Colombia's specific regulations affecting DEs
Package E: expert services for the development of urban energy maps
Package F: Expert services to support the development of ED2 knowledge and capabilities
