United States. The organization of the AHR Expo confirmed the cancellation of the show that would initially be held from January 25 to 27, 2021, and that they then considered postponing it to March. Now, the next version of the fair will be held in 2022 in Las Vegas.
The AHR Expo also assured that they do not currently plan to hold any virtual events and that they will continue to explore ways in which they can connect digitally with the public. "More than ever we believe in the value of the AHR Expo live event experience. We know that a virtual trade show cannot replicate the relationship building, new product discoveries, learning experiences and industry community that make the AHR Expo so special."
The organization explained that the main reason for not developing the event is due to the issue of the pandemic and the restrictions on holding mass gatherings. "With the obstacles set by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting current state and local restrictions prohibiting mass gatherings of more than 50 people, an in-person event will not be held in 2021. Instead, we will shift our focus to 2022 and prepare for an in-person event in Las Vegas," the official statement reads.
AHR Expo 2022 will be held from January 31 to February 2, 2022 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
