DiversiTech announced a new acquisition

United States. DiversiTech Corp. announced that it has acquired Spin Tools from Cimport. The acquisition was completed on September 30, 2020.

"With the addition of Spin Tools to the DiversiTech portfolio, we have further strengthened our presence in the HVACR Tools market," said Andy Bergdoll, CEO of DiversiTech.

"The addition of Spin Tools to our comprehensive professional tool offering supports our mission to simplify the work of HVACR technicians by providing labor-saving solutions for flaring and stamping. The integration of Spin Tools allows our wholesale partners to consolidate their orders with other DiversiTech products, simplify their logistics and reduce their freight costs."

This purchase is in addition to the one registered in 2018, when DiversiTech was made to the services of the HVAC tools and equipment company, Hilmor.

DiversiTech is a manufacturer and supplier of accessories and highly engineered components for residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R).
