Manufacturer of air purification solutions reaches its 35th anniversary

Founded in 1985, in Riviera Beach, Florida, USA, it was created with the aim of designing and manufacturing ecological systems, providing complete solutions for particle control and the purification of air, water and food, without the use of chemicals, in the effort to make the world a safer, cleaner and better place for us, our children and the next generation.

RGF is present in the world market in more than 58 countries and has a portfolio with 500 ecological and ozone-free products, whose objective is to make hospital, commercial, residential, hotel, industrial environments, among others, free of contamination by viruses, bacteria, molds, fungi, odors, making them healthy and clean, preserving human health and saving lives.

Dedicated to research and innovation with ISO 9001:2015 certification, she holds several patents for wastewater treatment, air purification and food systems. He maintains a Research and Development team involved in the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), an agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and several university centers, continuously developing improvements in systems and new products.

In the 1990s, he created and patented radiant catalytic ionization. In the 2000s, he developed the photohydration process - PHI Technology, which is based on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), hydroxyl ions (OH-) and superoxide ions (O2), elements with high oxidative potential, capable of fighting contaminants. and particles suspended in indoor air or on surfaces, becoming a watershed when it comes to air purification in acclimatized environments. In this line, the company offers a range of products such as CAPS, Guardian, PHICell, Reme Halo and BioControl Hospital & Healthcare. Recently, it launched the REME HALO LED line, PHI technology with LED lamp, which provides a longer service life of the equipment (up to 5 years) eliminating the risk of contamination of the existing mercury in UV, in case of breakage.

RGF is a cutting-edge company, concerned about the environment. It has a modern production line with products that improve air quality in air-conditioned environments. Approval, testing of products in laboratories and inspection of the entire production line, generate high levels of reliability for them, giving credibility to the market.

In 2017, RGF's Electromechanical Museum opened at its manufacturing plant, celebrating technology and innovation. The museum exhibits the first developments in electric machines of the 1700s and covers the most advanced X-ray technologies of the 1900s, containing 642 pieces of rare antiques from world-renowned inventors. The intention is to represent the precursors of RGF technology, such as some of the world's first ultraviolet lamps, ion generators (static electricity) and the oldest electrical transformers manufactured in the United States.

According to Ron Fink, president and CEO of RGF, the museum's goal is to preserve these rare early technologies and inspire future generations of innovators and present to the world, through history, what led to the innovative technology used today at RGF. In the fight against the pandemic, due to the new coronavirus - COVID19, RGF spares no effort, increasing its production capacity, prioritizing the manufacture of indoor air purification systems, with the aim of reaching companies interested in the necessary preventive measures to help their employees and customers.
