International. Carel announced that on September 16 it successfully acquired 100% of Enersol, a Canadian distributor of humidification systems with an office in Beloeil (Quebec).
Founded in 1978 and a commercial partner of Carel since the inauguration of the company in the United States in 2000, Enersol focuses on the distribution of humidification solutions and related services, thanks to the experience acquired during more than 40 years in Canada.
The current Director, Patrick Landry, has been appointed Managing Director of the new Carel subsidiary and will have the opportunity to increase and complement the product range with various solutions designed and manufactured by the Group.
