Spain. The Keyter Intarcon group will present during the days 26 from February to March 1 at the Climatización & Refrigeración fair in Madrid, its latest product novelties for 2019 in Hall 8, stand 8C01-8C03.
Keyter presents its range of Persea ECO Rooftops with R-513A HFO refrigerant of low GWP=573. The KCR3080 model equipped with scroll compressors, EC fans, active recovery and a novel preheating battery system to take advantage of the waste heat of cooling systems is exhibited. Note that the refrigerant R-513A is a very suitable alternative for air-to-air equipment since it is totally safe of category A1 NON-flammable. Additionally, the range of VRF Inverter Rooftops equipped with Inverter compressors and EC fans is presented, allowing maximum energy savings.
In the range of Chillers Keyter presents the Nemesis Modular equipment that allows to multiply the flexibility by joining different modules managed by the same electronic control allowing to configure a cooling power of up to 1MW. In C&R19 you can find a KWS1240 chiller module that provides 200kW and integrates DSH scroll compressors allowing you to work with different refrigerants such as R454B low GWP=466, R452B low GWP=676, or refrigerant R410A.
For industrial environments or air conditioning with high refrigeration demand we present the range of Pangea chillers with screw compressor with refrigerant R1234ze (GWP=1). This range also allows multi-gas configurations with R513A, R450A and R134a. The model presented is the KWT2075 of 300kW that integrates multitubular evaporator of very high efficiency, electronic expansion valve, EC fans, Axitop and microchannel batteries all aluminum to minimize the gas load. It integrates programmable electronic control Aquamatix (Climatix from Siemens) specifically developed for the management of screw chillers up to 3 circuits.
Keyter exhibits a Compact IT&POWER KCV-C equipment of 30kW for cooling in IT applications and power electronics for wall installation in containers, technical rooms, etc.
Intarcon
Intarcon presents in this edition its catalog of propane chillers (R290) at variable flow for commercial and industrial refrigeration, available in two constructions – intarCUBE and intarWatt – that provide a power of between 10 and 470 kW depending on the model. Equipped as standard with inverted or semi-hermetic Frascold scroll compressors and built-in hydraulic group.
Among the solutions that will be presented in CO2, the public attending C&R will find a rack of CO2 compressors in transcritical regime in single or double suction equipped with electronic modulating ejectors from Carel that provide greater energy efficiency to the system, with a power range between 20 and 300 kW, as well as evaporators for CO2 with a design pressure of 30 bar.
For industrial refrigeration, Intarcon also proposes low GWP solutions, such as R152 V-condensing intarWatt chillers with Frascold semi-hermetic compressors for a refrigeration production of up to 350 kW, and the compact industrial Superblock equipment for medium and large cold rooms for low working ranges, medium and high temperature.
The intarloop system of indirect condensation in water loop, is presented as the integral solution for commercial refrigeration in supermarkets, available in R134a and R449A for a power of between 0.5 to 5.5 kW. Finally, for small cold rooms, Intarcon proposes the R290 monoblock, and the door equipment that includes optionally, an air curtain integrated into the equipment that minimizes thermal losses.
