Spain. The C&R - Climatización y Refrigeración 2019 fair that will be held in Madrid from February 26 to March 1, 2019, began its call for exhibiting companies to present their proposals in a new edition of its Innovation Gallery. In this way, the Show, organized by IFEMA, will offer professionals a selection of reference in sectoral R&D&I.
The Innovation Gallery seeks to stimulate, promote and disseminate marketable avant-garde products that incorporate technology, design or some other particularly novel and remarkable aspect. Those direct exhibiting companies of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration 2019 that present an innovative product at the fair, either in the prototype phase or that has begun its commercialization after March 3, 2017, may participate.
In this sense, it is considered as "innovative" any quality of products, equipment, systems or services that involves a technological, organizational, functional, design or instrumental contribution and that is reflected in an improvement. In addition, they must have been designed for mass production and marketing.
The products must belong to one of the sectors involved in C&R, i.e. air conditioning and ventilation; heating and domestic hot water; commercial and industrial refrigeration; centralized regulation, control and technical management, and useful, tools and applications for installations.
A selection committee, composed of renowned professionals in the sector, will be responsible for examining the proposals submitted. The assessment shall take into account the degree of innovation; the contribution in terms of energy efficiency, respect for the environment, quality, the design and use of renewable energies.
The registration deadline is November 20, 2018, and the selected proposals will be announced on December 11.
