Chile. The 54th Anniversary of the current career of Execution Engineering in Air Conditioning taught by the University of Santiago (USACH) was recently celebrated, emblematic within the technical field of national work, trainer of suitable specialists, since its inception, in areas of heating, refrigeration and air conditioning and that over the years have been responsible for contributing significantly in the study, implementation, operation and maintenance of systems developed in the field of their competence.
As part of the commemoration of this date, the graduates convened themselves to enjoy a dinner of camaraderie held at the Eladio restaurant in La Reina to fraternally celebrate the occasion.
The dinner was attended from the first generation to recent graduates, summoning more than 50 colleagues, some of whom had not seen each other since their graduation date more than 30 years ago. As on previous occasions we had the presence of outstanding professors of the race, which enhanced the evening.
This event allowed to bring together friends and colleagues, sharing in camaraderie experiences and tasty anecdotes, leaving aside the avatars of the professional competitiveness of daily work.
This event was also attended by the two Guild Associations that accompany the work of our professionals: Chilean Chamber of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning represented by its president Peter Yufer Sulzer and the Guild Association of Air Conditioning Professionals and Ditar Chile, represented by its Joaquín Reyes Ruz.
The place, the date, the guests, but especially the professionals graduated from the race gave it the highlight and importance that an event like this deserves, by the way, hallmark of the great climatic family since its origins in the EAO, then UTE and USACH.
