International. Frascold has increased the capacity of its plant located in Rescaldina, Milan, adding five state-of-the-art CNC machining stations to the production line. In the last twelve months, in the factory of 53,000 m2, they have built and tested more than 70,000 screw and reciprocating compressors, this expansion will allow the company to achieve greater productivity and production flexibility.
Frascold explained that it has expanded its testing capabilities with a new line of pressure tests for reciprocating compressors. Each compressor that is built, before leaving the factory, undergoes leak tests and electrical-mechanical tests. This increased testing capability helps maintain its standards and meet the growing demand for its 8-cylinder W-series compressors.
