Trane Receives Recognition for System Reliability

United States. Lifestory research ranked Trane as America's Most Trusted HVAC system. The recognition is being conducted for the fourth consecutive year and the study surveyed 8,425 people between January and December 2017.

Lifestory Research is an independent market research firm and uses customer research to oversee the impact of trust in evaluating HVAC brands. Interviewees anonymously assess the trust they have in the brands they find during their active search for specific products. Confidence is measured by the final mean of the Lifestory Research score, and the average score of the companies included in the study is 100. This year, Trane won first place among the 15 brands in the study, receiving the score of 119.9.

"Receiving that kind of recognition is a source of pride for us. Every day we seek to offer solutions that bring technology, efficiency and trust to our customers," emphasizes Matheus Lemes, Director of Ductless Solutions at Trane in Brazil. "Being recognized as the most trusted manufacturer of HVAC systems in the United States, one of the largest markets in the world, shows that Trane is attentive to global changes and offers the best products for the market," he stresses.

For Matheus Lemes, the result of this research is reflected in the Brazilian market, which is becoming increasingly demanding for HVAC systems. "Recently the Federal Government approved Law 13,589 / 2018, which makes mandatory the execution of a Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan (PMOC) in air conditioning systems in buildings for public and collective use. We want our customers to know that Trane already applies the PMOC in customer contracts and is prepared to meet the demand of the Brazilian market with efficiency and reliability, "he clarifies.

In its sixth year, america's Most Trusted study is a designation given to brands that win the most trust among consumers. The product categories included in the 2018 research program are residential builders, spring builders, HVAC systems, cookware brands, laundry appliance brands, paints, and residential real estate brokers.

Trane received the highest numerical score in Lifestory Research's America's Most Trusted study of America's most trusted HVAC system in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Brands fall into three categories: " advocates ", a customer who feels significant trust in relation to the brand; the "neutrals", those who trust a certain brand, but do not consider it as much more reliable than others; and "antagonists," who are skeptical with little or no confidence in a specific brand.
