Brazil. Thermo King announced that it participated in the partnership between the companies Librelato and Pavan, which launched in the Brazilian market the latest road implement - the refrigerated semi-trailer.
The new product on the market - the Refrigerated Van - unites the high technology of Thermo King's refrigeration equipment to the manufacturing structure and commercial capillarity of the Librelato network throughout the country and with Pavan's experience in the refrigeration branch. Lauro Toledo, Account Manager of Thermo King in Brazil, emphasizes that this partnership represents a great gain for the market. "By uniting the solutions of each of these companies it is possible to guarantee the customer a product with lower weight, greater thermal insulation efficiency and finish," he says.
All the technical consultation of sizing the refrigeration equipment for that launch was carried out by Videfrigo, authorized dealer of Thermo King in the regions of Santa Catarina, Paraná and Rio Grande do Sul. The study showed that the best solution for that Librelado / Thermo King refrigeration set was the SLXi 400 unit. In addition, the main differential of the new semi-trailer is the thermal coating, in which the polyurethane is injected separately into each panel, providing greater thermal efficiency, as well as better sealing.
