Colombia. Aires Modernos de Cali announced the opening of a new store, which will be located in the Ideo Design and Construction Center, and whose main objective is to reach the construction and end-user market.
Jesús Fernando González, manager of the company that represents the Trane brand, commented on the following: "We opened the store in the Ideo Design Center in Cali, since July 5 and the idea is to be able to serve the architecture, engineering market and the people who are building or remodeling their home in a more way integral. Most homes in Cali do not think or design thinking that they are going to install an air conditioner, but we want to support them from the design to the installation of the air."
Jesús Fernando highlights the importance of new constructions already having designs designed for the installation of an air conditioning system: "The important thing is that the person when receiving their home does not have to start doing remodeling to install an air conditioning, but that the design itself already includes it, either the possibility of having an air or delivering the house with the air installed, that is why we have worked with several construction companies and we are in the environment".
In the store, visitors will find "from the simplest minisplit to water-cooled equipment, variable equipment; we have installed a variable equipment (VRF) with seven handlers so that the person who does not know the technology can be nearby. We placed a space stand where you can play a 4-way cassette, two-way, a naked fan coil, which ordinary people hardly know; a one-way cassette and the traditional wall type."
For the future, the manager of Aires Modernos said that "the idea is to open the third store in the south of Cali, cover this city very well and already think about other cities. We want to strengthen Cali with the Trane brand, which is very strong in the commercial area, but which needs to reach the home to be more strengthened."
