Argentina. The Professional Air Conditioning Business Unit of the company BGH celebrates the 1st Anniversary of the Climate Experts Portal, the digital tool established in 2016 that works as a method of interaction between customers and the company.
"From BGH Climatización Profesional we are committed to the constant development of the portal, to turn it into an example tool, inside and outside the company," said Martín Méndez Decoud, Head of Product and Marketing of the area.
In February 2016, the Professional Air Conditioning business unit officially launched its exclusive web portal for customers. Since that time, the digital tool has received more than 200 unique users initiating more than 13,000 sessions.
The portal offers possibilities such as downloading price lists and stocks of products updated weekly, to the opportunity to forward manuals; brochures and videos by e-mail, without the need to download them previously. In addition, a rotating banner communicates the promotions in force for the current month.
On the other hand, from the Portal you can access the annual calendar of courses of the BGH Academy to consult dates, times and current trainings. Since its implementation in 2013, the BGH Academy has conducted more than 250 courses, training more than 670 HVAC specialists.
Finally, an exclusive marketing section offers customers the download of images, logos, standard poster designs and plots, as well as a request form for cooperative advertising actions (My Marketing Actions Program) where customers have a percentage of their own turnover, to be used for actions of this type.
