Venezuela. The contractor and installer Feibo Servicios Industriales worked on the redesign, supply of equipment and installation of the air conditioning and forced ventilation system of La Clínica Sanitas Santa Paula, located in the city of Caracas.
In addition, the project and installation of the power plants with remote condensation was carried out on site.
The equipment installed were as follows:

This healthcare complex has two buildings, one for clinics and the other for the clinic. The office building has 80 offices, diagnostic service, cafeteria and commercial premises. The clinic building has 84 beds for hospitalization, emergency area for both adults and children, operating rooms, intensive care area, neonatal care, clinical laboratory, blood bank, radiological and pathological.
The project has two engine rooms, one for each building, consisting of air-cooled Chiller, variable primary pumping of in-line pumps, Tracer Summit control system. Additionally, for this project, energy recuperators were used to cool the fresh air outside through the exchange of heat with the air of the building's extractions, thus saving energy.
The basement extraction system was fitted with fans with variable frequency drives, which are activated through CO2 sensors, which decrease or increase the RPM of the equipment according to the permitted concentrations.
