At the beginning of the second half of the year, Samsung Electronics Colombia presented in the country the Cassette 360 air conditioner, which by its design, generates a complete and exhaustive horizontal dispersion of 360 degrees, which ensures a fast uniform cooling. Because of this, its technology prevents direct airflow to people in the room and its elegant design makes it easily adapt to various spaces.
Conventional 4-way cassette systems typically require wind deflectors to minimize cold air currents. Meanwhile, the Samsung 360 air conditioner eliminates the drawbacks of its predecessors, making a significant difference for indoor environments.
Recently, the Cassette 360 air conditioner and DVM Chiller were recognized in Italy and received the "Efficiency and Innovation" award (Percorso Efficienza & Innovazione).
"Even though we've been in the VRF air conditioning systems business for about a decade, our buyers believe our products will be industry trends," Park explains.
In the future, air conditioning products will work in tandem with Internet of Things technology to create systems that can deliver precise cooling, heating and ventilation, tailored to the needs of the people in their spaces.
