The company Thermo King presents to the market a new single temperature cooling unit for semi-trailers that combines high technology, simple operation and low maintenance cost and noise level.
The solution, under reference SLXe 400, complies with key national and international standards for temperature control. The product features a low-emission GreenTech engine, which uses R-404A coolant with zero potential to destroy the ozone layer, minimizing environmental impact. The solution also has low noise technology and microchannel technology applied to the condenser serper, which provides increased corrosion resistance, lower refrigerant load and lighter condensers.
Thermo King's new solution has net cooling capacity to reach temperatures down to -27°C and is ideal for semi-trailers up to 28 pallets. The product is equipped with an electronic regulating valve with microprocessor technology that allows precise temperature control, saving pre-cooling time and greater preservation of the products, in addition to preventing unwanted freezing and dehydration of the products.
