Expo Frío Calor Chile continues to grow

Chile. ACR Latin America was present at the third Expo Frío Calor Chile 2016, organized by the Chilean Chamber of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, which brought together more than 90 exhibitors from the HVAC/R sector. The event continues to grow within a country with strong participation.

Alejandro Requesens, President of the Chilean Chamber of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, commented that "Expo Frío Calor Chile is the meeting point between entrepreneurs, professionals, technicians and organizations specialized in the industry, therefore for our organization it is vital to be the point of convergence between them. In recent years, our camera has had significant growth and the success of this exhibition reconfirms this."

Expo Frío Calor Chile had the participation of several foreign delegations that showed innovations in the field. An example of this was a group of Brazilian companies, which was present with the support of the Abrava Exporta program and Apex Brasil.

"We are very interested in making our products and services known to the Chilean market because we deliver value and technology. It is the second time that we participate in Expo Frío Calor with a very positive experience and we have all the intention of continuing to come, we want to know and work the Chilean market and contribute with innovation in terms of refrigeration and air conditioning, "said Leyla Vasconcellos, manager of Abrava Exporta.

He also highlighted the participation of a group of 9 Spanish companies that came under the eaves of the Spanish Association of Energy Valorization of Biomass (Avebiom), who held an interesting seminar on Biomass trends.

"For us it is the first time that we are in Chile and we take a few lessons, a lot of work ahead and some very interesting contacts, we leave happy," said Pablo Muzar, in charge of foreign trade at Gestamp Biomass Solutions, one of the 9 companies in this delegation.

On the other hand, representatives of Argentina, Mexico, China, the United States, Japan, Italy and Turkey participated, who exhibited various novelties.

Jorge Enrique Figueroa, from Daikin Airconditioning of Mexico, said that "we have really had a lot of interested in our products and we think that the expo has been a success, we want to be present in future versions."

For his part, Frank Herrera, from Carel Sud América, said that "the experience has been very good because there has been a lot of public interested in our products, Carel is an Italian company and we have various products for this market".

"The third edition of Expo Frio Calor Chile has achieved the objectives, set by the organization and by the responses we received from the exhibitors. The quality of people who visited the exhibition was excellent, and many companies have been able to close deals in the field of it. We have had an important program of activities, with seminars, certifications, and exhibitor conferences. We have already set a date for 2018, and we hope to be able to add even more prestigious companies to the fair", concludes Fabian Armagnague, director of Expo Frío Calor.
