DiversiTech acquires Quick-Sling

International. DiversiTech Corp, announced that it has purchased Quick-Sling LLC., an industry manufacturer of mounting products for residential, commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

The acquisition, completed on April 12, offers wholesalers and contractors greater accessibility to a suite of products that make the installation of air treatment and furnaces faster, more affordable, more reliable and safer.

"Quick-Sling and its way of serving the HVAC community is a perfect fit for us," said DiversiTech CEO Jim Prescott. "Both organizations are driven by delivering best-in-class products that can simplify and add profitability for both the wholesaler and contractor. With this new partnership, DiversiTech adds another industrial group of products to the broad consolidated offering in an effort to better serve our customers."

Quick-Sling was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Massachusetts, employs more than 30 people, including 16 expert manufacturers, who can also develop customized products for customers.
