Colombia. The Colombian Association of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Acaire) will organize from next February 3 the Diploma Air Conditioning Projects which will be developed in the city of Cali.
This learning space, which will be hosted by the Executives Club, will have 120 hours of duration, of which 80 are face-to-face, and will offer the presence of five expert speakers.
The six modules that attendees will be able to observe during the learning period are the following:
1. Basic concepts, psychometrics and air conditioning processes.
2. Design and calculation of installations
3. Fluid mechanics: water and air
4. Types of systems: applications and selections
5. Electrical installations, automation and control
6. Current issues: ASHRAE standards, RITE, sustainable construction, LEED projects, Alternative energies, testing and balance, and commissioning.
