DiversiTech Corp., announced the hiring of Jon Evans as Chief Operating Officer. Evans will be responsible for the company's integrated operations. This includes overseeing ongoing integrations by the recent acquisitions of Cliplight and Pump House, two companies that joined DiversiTech in December 2015.
Evans' responsibilities also include streamlining the company's domestic and international service offering and product portfolio, which consists of more than 7,000 product items in more than 200 categories. Evans will report directly to DiversiTech CEO Jim Prescott.
"Jon brings a wealth of experience that will continue to support our continued growth plans and our goal to deliver world-class products and customer service," said Prescott. "We are looking forward to the contributions Jon will make to drive greater efficiency in his business while still offering for-profit opportunities for every DiversiTech customer."
Evans brings more than 20 years of experience in general management, supply chain, sourcing and experience in the role of chief operating officer. He came to DiversiTech from Arysta LifeScience, a global petrochemical solutions provider, where he served as executive vice president of integrated global supply chain and operations, as well as interim CEO/president.
