Colombia. One of the main novelties that TecnoEdificios brings for its 2012 edition has to do with the type of audience to which the academic component will be directed.
In the two previous versions the congress has been attended by professionals in the integration and installation of systems, architecture, management, administration, among other actors that have to do with the operation of commercial and industrial buildings.
For this year, TecnoEdificios will centralize its target audience in the managers or maintenance managers, who are responsible for making the appropriate decisions when it comes to modernizing their properties.
For this reason, the congress was based on the experience of an Academic Committee specialized in the different topics proposed since its first edition, and with them works hand in hand to select the best and most complete plan of specialized conferences.
The focus on this opportunity will seek to provide information on new trends, decision making, maintenance of properties, among others, in order to train this guild by providing tools that allow it to know the latest developments in security, air conditioning, integration, and of course, the current issue, sustainability.
