TecnoEdificios 2010 confirmed a new visit prior to the congress for its visitors, in order to publicize one of the most important commercial buildings in the country, such as the Santafé Shopping Center, which recently built in Medellín, Colombia, an important headquarters where technology prevails within its facilities.
As with the visits to the Bancolombia Building and the Engineering Building of the Eafit University, ten people registered and who have previously paid the subscription to the congress, on November 3 in the morning, will be able to take a guided tour by an engineer from the integrating firm EBC Ingeniería, company in charge of installing on the premises the latest technology systems in automation and control, fire detection with evacuation by integrated automatic audio and UL factory certificate, access control and security, fully integrated CCTV, automatic parking system, as well as the integration by Modbus with the electromechanical equipment and the management of the lighting.
The commercial building was inaugurated on May 10 and is one of the most modern infrastructures in the country. It was built in one of the most exclusive sectors of Medellín and has 384 commercial premises in an area of 163 thousand square meters. The TecnoEdificios 2010 Congress will be held on November 4 and 5 at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center in Medellín.
