REFRIAMÉRICAS 2012 will have new support

altColombia. Three new links will have REFRIAMÉRICAS for this year, the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of Colombia, through the Technical Unit of Ozone, UTO, the Argentine Association of Cold, AAFRÍO, and the brewery 3 Cordilleras which will surely allow an excellent complement in the development of the Academic Program 2012.

The Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of Colombia, through the Ozone Technical Unit, UTO, will be in charge of the discussion called "Elimination of HCFCs in Colombia: National Strategy and Alternative Refrigerant Substances", which will be in charge of Xiomara Stavro. For its part, the Argentine Cold Association, AAFRÍO, gave its approval to the contents that will be developed during REFRIAMÉRICAS 2012, which allows to complement in an unbeatable way the concepts issued by the members of the Academic Committee, who were responsible for evaluating the relevance of the talks. Meanwhile, the 3 Cordilleras brewery also confirmed its link to the Congress through a guided technical tour of its production plant, in which the cold processes they advance will be known, in order to complement the theoretical concepts and know first-hand the details of beer production. It should be noted that the Academic Congress also has the endorsement of the Pontifical Bolivarian University (UPB) and the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR). The ninth edition of REFRIAMÉRICAS will be held in the city of Medellín, Colombia, on June 21 and 22, at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center, with the presence of the most important representatives of the refrigeration industry in the region.
