The myDC Control mobile app provides easy remote access to internal data from BACnet ECB and LonWorks ECL series controllers operating under an EC-NetAX system, to quickly view, edit and configure parameters of an HVAC system.
This app allows you to remotely force the restart of the operation of the system when answering a maintenance call, thus allowing you to provide a better service to the client. It also helps reduce commissioning time when testing connected sensors and actuators.
In addition, colored icons provide at a glance indication of alarm conditions and manual forced, making it easy to check and solve equipment operation problems first-hand, to save time. It also has multi-user access management supports two levels of access rights: View-only privilege or view-and-modify privilege.
The app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
