The PRO nano series of AC Leak Freeze features three new solutions for sealing refrigerant leaks: AC Leak Freeze nano UV, AC Leak Freeze nano Mini-Split UV and AC Leak Freeze nano Mini-Split, with recently introduced nanoparticle sealing technology for nano-sized leaks, such as those caused by corrosion.
Both ultraviolet (UV) products: AC Leak Freeze PRO nano UV (for systems from 1.5 to 6 tons) and AC Leak Freeze PRO nano Mini-Split UV (for systems less than 1.5 tons): incorporate a leak detection function using the HVAC industry the brightest fluorescent ultraviolet (UV) dye. Oil-based green dye streamlines leak troubleshooting by identifying outlet holes with industry-standard UV detection lights.
Each of the containers are specifically designed with doses of 15 ml for all brands of ductless mini split equipment and other refrigeration systems of less than 1.5 tons. Its sealed applicator prevents contact with hands, clothing and tools.
Unlike other disposable leak sealant applicators, the PRO series applicator does not require R-410A system pumping and withstands high pressure up to 3,000 psi.
