Spectronics has launched the OPK-50GS/E, a special kit specially stocked so that technicians can find any leaks in air conditioning systems, even in those in overcrowded areas that are inaccessible with large lamps.
The kit includes the OPTIMAX Jr, a compact blue LED flashlight with mega power that quickly reveals small leaks. Measuring just 19 centimeters (71/4 inches) and weighing 140 grams (5 ounces) it fits in your shirt pocket. It has an LED durability of 100,000 hours and is charged by three AA batteries, which are included.
The kit also includes 4 capsules of universal GLO-STICK dye/POE A/C. These single-dose capsules come in different sizes and concentrations to match the capacity of the system.
A BV-50 purge valve that attaches the capsule for hose services. An 8 oz spray of GLOO-AWAY dye cleaner, a purge and adjustment capsule and fluorescence enhancement glasses. All items are packaged in a convenient and robust plastic carrying case.
