The Hospitality FlexStat is a system that allows you to control the air conditioning and lighting of any building, the product manufactured by KMC Controls is programmable and adapts to the needs of each application. The user can adjust temperature and air speed, can even turn the equipment on and off from the FlexStat itself. It is also designed with an LCD display with a transparent protective sheet resistant to impacts, which prevents breakage or black spots, in addition the keys are high impact. Unlike a typical hotel thermostat, this product allows you to automatically change the temperature of the room during the night. It also enables and disables lighting, television and equipment that you want automatically. The FlexStat includes an occupancy sensor that checks if someone entered the room, it does so when the door switch is activated. You can also include the function of turning off the air conditioner in case a window opens, installing the corresponding switch.
