Spectroline's new BigEZ dye injection kit allows technicians to add the precise amount of fluorescent dye into AC&R systems, including high-pressure R-410A systems, without wasting a drop of dye.
The kit is easy to use as it requires only one connection to add the dye within the systems. The dye cartridge is precisely calibrated for accurate dosing, which prevents spills or debris.
Each 4-oz cartridge contains enough AR-GLO fluorescent dye to treat up to 16 gallons (60.8 liters) of libricant, approximately 400 pounds (180 kilograms) of refrigerant, or 150 tons of refrigeration.
The dye is NSF certified, extremely concentrated, super luminous and co-solvent free. It makes even the slightest leak shine when scanned with the inspection lamp.
