Intersam
Cubic-shaped evaporators are placed on ceilings and floors of conservation and cooling chambers of all types of genres. The Intersam range of cubic ammonia evaporators is composed of 4 main series for high (INHA), medium (INHM), low (INHB) and very low temperatures (INHT). Thanks to its 60×60 square configuration, a larger heat exchange area is achieved.
Its high-performance evaporator batteries are built in AISI-316 stainless steel tube with TIG ORBITAL welding and corrugated aluminum fins with 4.2 separations; 6; 8 and 10mm. On the other hand, the frame, which is manufactured in aluminum sheet, is equipped with protective collars and has aventuri type production system for the application of thermostatic expansion valves. The collector and the connection sleeve are made of stainless steel.
In relation to its exterior structure, the manufacture is made of aluminum painted in polyester color RAL-9018 of high resistance. Because the entire structure is compact and highly rigid, vibrations are avoided. It should be noted that all parts are easily removable and that is why maintenance is facilitated.
The equipment has as standard helical fans with high performance protection grids and are equipped with motors of diameter of 400, 540, 630 and 800mm., three-phase 400V / 50Hz, with IP-54 degree of protection, external rotor and low consumption. The bearings have a special grease for low temperatures of up to -50ºC. All motors can be connected to a general watertight box, according to IP-55 regulations.
