According to Greenheck, the two new solutions belong to the MultiSPECTM SP-LP line and have features that allow them to offer high performance.

The SP-LP0511H features a built-in sensor that helps monitor humidity to prevent mold and mildew with speed selections of 50/80/110 cfm. In addition, the SP-LP0810W model features two-speed operation for continuous ventilation throughout the home (range 30 to 100 cfm) to meet the requirements of ASHRAE 62.2.

Both models are available in illuminated configurations and are compatible with the CRD-300WT, a UL 263 certified ceiling radiation damper. Greenheck SP-LP ceiling pullers are powered by an electronically commutated motor (ECM) with adaptive variable speed technology and constant CFM, programmed to overcome the static pressure associated with common commercial, multifamily, and residential installations (0.4 inches wg and above).
