The control valve characterized with thermal energy meter, flow control or power operated by sensor, has the function of monitoring energy and power. It also has 2 tracks, internal thread and PN 25.
The Belimo Energy Valve is composed of a characterized control valve, an actuator and a thermal energy meter with a logic module and a sensor module. The logic module provides the power, communication interface and NFC connection of the energy meter. All relevant data is measured and recorded in the sensor module.
It should be noted that the device for operation in CVAA is composed of four components: the characterized control valve (CCV), the measuring tube with flow sensor, the temperature sensors and the actuator itself. The maximum adjusted flow rate (V'max) is assigned to the maximum positioning signal (normally 10 V / 100%). Alternatively, the DDC positioning signal can be assigned to the opening angle of the valve or to the power required in the heat exchanger.
