The DC carbonless motor (BLDC) built into the new generation SuperEvac PLUS II Vacuum Pump provides key advantages over existing vacuum pumps with AC technology. Higher torque and higher efficiency define maximum performance in the most reliable vacuum pump. It is capable of operating under extremely low voltage conditions and has a field rating of 15 microns. The easy-to-carry and lightweight design is available in 4, 6, 8 and 11 cfm models.
Among its features and benefits are: isolation valve for oil changes without losing the vacuum in the system, gas exhaust valve that helps keep the oil cleaner, longer during the evacuation of the wet system, internal inlet control valve to help prevent oil from re-entering the system during a power failure, ingress filter that prevents harmful particles from entering the pump, high-strength rotors and bearings, built-in vacuum indicator and wide mouth reservoir port, for cleaner loads.
It also works as a pump exhaust – threaded to place a garden hose to bring the exhaust to a remote location. Additional has large brass oil drain, for easy access to quick oil changes, downward-angled crankcase to remove contaminants that are normally trapped in other pump designs and sparkless switch with IEC connector with lock.
