The motorized opening wall dynamic extractors with protective grid for use without an extraction duct are specially designed for the rapid and effective evacuation of smoke and harmful gases in case of fire. Suitable for installation in industrial buildings, commercial buildings or any other type of building. Homologation of the whole set according to EN-12101-3 standard, with F-400 and F-300 certification. It can be used for ambient ventilation.
The fan is composed of a flange fixing to the wall for the correct and easy installation, support frame in galvanized steel sheet with certifications nº: 0370-CPR-2823 (F400) and 0370-CPR-0973 (F300). It also has a variable angle propeller in cast aluminum, air-propeller steering and contact protection grille according to UNE-EN ISO 12499.
On the side of the extruded aluminum gate, the design incorporates a structure of great robustness to resist severe climatic conditions, designed to ensure tightness at the entrance of water, aluminum profile with thermal bridge break, central ceiling and structure equipped with high performance thermal insulation, thermal resistivity of the set less than 0.89 W / m2· K, end-of-stroke switches in both positions (open and closed) and manual opening system.
It should be noted that it is built by H-class engines for continuous use S1 and emergency use S2. With ball bearings, IP55 protection and 1 or 2 speeds depending on model, three-phase 230/400 V 50 Hz (up to 3 kW) and 400/690 V 50 Hz (powers above 3 kW) and maximum air temperature to be transported: Service S1 -25 ºC +40 ºC continuously, also suitable for hot climates with temperatures up to 50 ºC. Service S2 300 ºC/2h, 400 ºC/2h.
