The Ebm-papst RV45 centrifugal fan is designed for applications that require rapid airflow changes and high pressures. Its aerodynamics and engine are optimized for fast speed changes, and it is also light and quiet.
This equipment can supply pressures of up to 5,000 Pa and vary its speed between 5,000 and 50,000 rpm with an acceleration of 50 rpm per millisecond, ideal for applications that include extraction systems, packaging machines and respirators, creating an air flow of up to 540 L / min that allows focused ventilation or cooling.
The RV45 features a highly responsive internal rotor motor while its integrated control electronics monitor the maximum power consumption allowed during fast bursts of speed to ensure the unit's responsiveness is not affected.
Its power consumption of 43 W in outdoor mode and less than 30 W under pressure ensure a longer battery operating time. Another advantage for industrial applications is the compact fan design; It measures just 64 x 69.5 x 55 mm and is available in 12V and 24V DC versions.
